Shipping Policy

Sacred care, from our temple to your hands. Each order is a transmission of beauty, frequency, and love—and we prepare and ship with that same energy.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed with reverence within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and US Holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link once your package begins its journey to you.

Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. Every parcel is tracked and energetically sealed with intention.

International Shipping:
International shipping isn’t available just yet—but we feel the call expanding. If you live outside the U.S., stay connected.

Delays & Divine Timing:
We partner with grounded carriers, but occasionally delays arise due to weather, carrier disruptions, or seasonal surges. Thank you for trusting divine timing—and know we’re here to support if something feels off.

Return Policy

Our offerings are energetic transmissions—made for your body and soul. Because our products are crafted with potent botanicals, frequency codes, and energetic purity, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
But if something’s off… If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right. Please email us within 7 days of delivery at connect@sofanyabeauty.com with your order number and a photo. This is a sacred exchange, and we stand by the integrity of everything we send.

Refunds (if approved):
For any item approved for a refund (such as due to damage or error), you’ll be reimbursed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked “delivered,” it is considered complete. We are not responsible for stolen or lost deliveries—but we invite you to reach out if something feels unresolved. We'll do our best to assist and hold space.
